To honor the exceptional managers and employees of 2018 and to encourage long-serving staff members to continue their positive role in the workplace, as well as to kindle the work enthusiasm and motivation among employees, enrich their leisure life, and enhance team cohesion, the company organized a two-day trip to Hengdian World Studios for nearly 100 employees from April 19th to 20th.

On the day of the trip, employees gathered early within the company premises and, following the tour guides’ instructions, boarded their respective vehicles. After a journey of more than two hours, we finally arrived at Hengdian. Stepping off the bus, we reached our trip’s first destination—Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street, built to mimic the appearance of Guangzhou and Hong Kong in the last century. Here, we immersed ourselves in the prosperity of 19th-century foreign settlements in old China, and also enjoyed a large-scale film special effects show titled “Fury of the Sea”.

After the performance, we went for lunch. In the afternoon, employees toured the bustling ancient capital as depicted in the “Along the River During the Qingming Festival”, experiencing the market scenes of the Northern Song Dynasty’s Bianliang city and enjoying the large historical drama “Dream of Bianliang”. This was followed by a visit to the Qin Palace Scenic Area, a cradle for blockbuster films and historical dramas, with many well-known TV series filmed here. Below 99 steps, we gathered for a group photo. After dinner, we quickly assembled and headed to the most thrilling large-scale film theme park—Fantasy Valley. Within the park, employees grouped together, admiring the lighting landscapes or trying out various game facilities. At 7 p.m., we hurried to the theater to experience Asia’s largest film disaster scene experience— “Torrential Rain and Flash Floods”, thrillingly witnessing hundreds of tons of floodwater mixed with stormy weather hitting us instantly.

After a day filled with activities, employees returned to the hotel with excitement, resting early to prepare for the next day’s journey. On the second day, everyone got up early for breakfast and then gathered to head to the Ming and Qing Dynasty Palaces, built on a 1:1 scale with the Forbidden City in Beijing, experiencing the authentic re-creation of the Imperial City of the South, and enjoying performances like “The Eight Banners Horse Battle” and the “Bauhinia Ceremony”. After visiting the Dazhi Zen Temple in the afternoon, we set off on our return journey with joyful hearts. On the way home, excitement was evident on everyone’s faces as we shared the fun moments from the trip, appreciating the company’s care and attention. As the company grows stronger, enriching employees’ leisure life remains a priority, with organized trips being one of the many benefits. Annual trips for employee representatives not only foster relationships among colleagues but also allow for relaxation amidst nature’s beauty, thereby broadening horizons, enhancing the company’s cohesion, and boosting work enthusiasm. It strengthens team spirit and the sense of pride and belonging among Junchuang staff, inspiring everyone to engage more passionately in both work and life.
