Junchuang Auto Technologies’ Operations, R&D and Sales Strategy Sharing Session Wraps Up Successfully!

To adapt to the opportunities and challenges in the new situation, clarify the direction of corporate development, and strengthen the implementation of strategy, Junchuang Technologies hosted an Operations, R&D, and Sales Strategy Sharing Session in April 2023. Heads of various departments and outstanding representatives of the company jointly participated in this meeting.

01. Early Check-in

Before the meeting commenced, attendees arrived early to check in at the venue.

02. Strategic Discussions

As the meeting began, the Deputy General Manager of Operations at Junchuang Technologies met everyone online to deliver a speech. He introduced the theme of the meeting and its strategic significance, wishing for a smooth and successful session.

“With a hundred boats competing in the current, those who set sail into the sea lead the way.” The Deputy General Manager of the Sales Center and representatives systematically reviewed and summarized the work of their departments. They also planned and deployed strategic objectives for the marketing targets of 2023.

Members of the R&D Center also conducted focused analyses and interpretations of the modules they are responsible for, proposing new solutions and strategies to fully realize the corporate vision of “Talent and Craftsmanship, Innovative Manufacturing.”

03. Team-Building Activities

After the meeting concluded, everyone participated in ice-breaking team-building activities.

To deepen mutual understanding and trust, kindle enthusiasm and fighting spirit, and create a united, harmonious, relaxed, and joyful team atmosphere, the coach organized “Hand Clap, Be Friends” and “Tower of Hanoi” games before the official start of the indoor curling match. The activities were filled with laughter, setting a positive tone for the events that followed.

  Hand Clap, Be Friends - At the Activity

The Friendship Hand Clap Game: In this lively activity, participants were divided into two groups, facing each other with arms crossed. When the instructor called out a number, the called group attempted to clap the hands of their opponents, who tried to dodge. 

In “Hand Clap, Be Friends,” participants were divided into two groups, designated ① and ②, standing opposite each other with arms crossed vertically. The coach would call out ① or ② randomly, and the called group had to try to clap the hands of the opposite members, who would dodge up or down. After each round, participants switched game partners. The game, filled with laughter and playful dodges, served not only as an icebreaker but also as a way to foster a sense of camaraderie and quick reflexes among the team members.

 Tower of Hanoi - Activity Snapshot

The game involved three poles and several disks of different sizes, which had to be moved from pole A to pole C, following the rule that no larger disk can be placed on top of a smaller disk. This game challenges teams to strategize and work together, mirroring the collaborative and strategic thinking needed in the workplace. The game, starting with three groups, demanded teamwork and competition. The atmosphere was tense as teams discussed strategies and coordinated their moves to complete the task efficiently.

 Indoor Curling Competition - Activity Highlights

Participants were divided into three groups for a curling match. The goal was to get the curling stone closest to the center of the target. The charm of the game lay in its mix of offensive and defensive strategies, keeping the outcome uncertain until the last moment.

To liven up the atmosphere, facilitate mutual acquaintance, and quickly integrate into the team.

04. Flower Sea BBQ

After the indoor games, participants moved to the Taihu Flower Sea Barbecue area. Making the most of the pleasant spring weather, activities included snooker, table tennis, barbecue, karaoke, track sliding, water bridge challenges, flower sea explorations, and interactions with small animals. Delicious food tantalized taste buds as laughter and chatter filled the air, creating a joyous atmosphere.

With that, the Junchuang Technologies’ Strategy Sharing Session neared its end. 

On that day, amidst the blossoming spring, we discussed work, talked business, and envisioned a future of co-creation and victory. We enjoyed lake tours, photography, games, and barbecuing; that day, under clear skies, everyone’s faces were lit with smiles as the sun set; and as night fell, what remained were shared aspirations for the future, the silhouette of a group, and their fleeting glances and smiles.
